Mission

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Management Team setup projects; drafting Scopes of Work, estimates, support project procurement
  • Coordinate review of design progress submissions with Design team
  • Review project management deliverables for final QA conformance
  • Prepare change orders, contract amendments
  • Schedule progress meetings, workshops, focus group with internal and external stakeholders
  • Attend project meetings and document minutes of meetings
  • Keep the Project Manager and the project team informed about project status and issues that may impact the client

Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as part of a project management team supporting projects
  • College dipoma or degree an asset
  • Security clearance (level II) with the Federal Government a must
  • PMP designation an asset
  • Bilingual (English and French) an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Combination of relevant experience and education will be considered
