Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.


Duties:

  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
  • Provide product information and demonstrate features and benefits
  • Process sales transactions accurately using cash handling procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Experience:
  • Previous experience in cash handling and cashiering preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette skills
  • Proven track record in retail sales is a plus
  • Ability to conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits
  • Bilingual skills (if applicable) are highly desirable
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
