Plusieurs emplacements disponibles: Montréal, Québec, Brossard, Laval

But du poste : Soutenir les activités relatives à la poursuite de mandats potentiels et aux offres de services, ainsi que l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de plans et stratégies pour obtenir des mandats.

Fonctions principales :

Contribuer à l'élaboration de propositions, de documents marketing et de présentations convaincantes Comprendre la terminologie technique, la structure de gestion de projets et les disciplines par secteurs Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, coordonner les groupes de fournisseurs de contenu et composer avec des priorités en constante évolution Lire les appels d'offres et participer/diriger des discussions sur le Plan stratégique avec les chargés de projets et responsables techniques Organisation des rencontres des équipes de révision par couleur, et gestion de la création du contenu Effectuer la mise en forme, rédaction, révision et correction des offres de services ou autres documents connexes (fiches de projet, formulaires administratifs, Utiliser de façon efficace des logiciels de graphisme et de soutien organisationnel pour créer les éléments graphiques clés (ex. PowerPoint / InDesign) Participation aux bilans et aux discussions sur les leçons apprises

Compétences et qualifications requises :

Détenir un Baccalauréat ou une Maîtrise dans un domaine connexe Posséder un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en rédaction; l'expérience en ingénierie, construction ou services professionnels est un atout Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite Excellentes aptitudes en planification et gestion du temps Flexibilité et capacité à respecter des échéanciers serrés Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à établir des priorités Capacité à garder une attitude pondérée dans un environnement exigeant où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide Éthique personnelle constante : intégrité, fiabilité, sens de l'initiative et qualité Maîtrise des logiciels Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Connaissance d'Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) un atout Compréhension des techniques de base en marketing
