Glendale Industries Limited is a metal fabrication facility in Brandon Manitoba. Glendale has been in business since 1984.

Job Summary

This position primarily involves shop fabrication and welding of steel components. Overtime may be required to comply with the production schedule.

Requirements

Experience ? Three years in a similar industry would be an asset but is not required. Training will be provided to the ideal candidate.

Education ? CWB certification, or the ability to obtain a CWB certification is required. Red Seal Welding Certificate would be an asset but is not required.

Skills ? The applicant must have the following abilities: interpret drawings and follow specific instructions, work under pressure, meet deadlines and perform in a collaborative team setting or independently. Lastly, the applicant must also be able to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects.

Attributes ? Looking for self motivated individual with a positive attitude that works well with others and is willing to learn.
