Résumé du poste

Le titulaire du poste veille à la compétitivité de toutes les activités dans le pays et est responsable de la planification, du pilotage et de la coordination de toutes les activités au Canada. L'accent est mis sur la gestion des ventes, mais avec une supervision générale des achats, de la fabrication, de la logistique, des ressources humaines, des finances et de l'informatique afin d'atteindre les cibles et les objectifs dans le cadre d'un système de gestion matricielle de l'entreprise. Il/elle a la responsabilité juridique de l'entreprise.

Votre Défi

Stratégie, politique et outils de l'entreprise

- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie spécifique au pays
- Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie régionale
- Assurer la conformité avec les politiques fournies par la région et les unités opérationnelles concernées

Gestion des affaires

- Gérer l'interface entre les fonctions de la région, de l'entreprise et du pays.
- Assurer l'élaboration d'un plan d'affaires annuelles et d'un budget pour le pays sur la base des objectifs et de la stratégie spécifiques à la région, en coordination avec les interfaces concernées.
- Assurer le développement et la mise en œuvre de la planification des ventes à court et moyen terme en coordination avec les fonctions régionales et les unités opérationnelles. Assurer des actions correctives efficaces et opportunes en cas d'écarts significatifs.
- Superviser les performances économiques et opérationnelles du pays.
- Assurer le déploiement optimal des ressources humaines, techniques, financières et matérielles.
- Responsable des ventes et de la création d'une équipe de vente performante.
- Soutenir et entretenir une équipe de direction performante.
- Initier et contrôler l'optimisation continuent des processus et partager les meilleures pratiques.
- Veiller au respect des directives en matière de sécurité, de santé, d'environnement et de qualité prévues par les réglementations nationales et locales ainsi que par les exigences des clients.
- Assurer une communication claire et une coopération étroite avec toutes les interfaces internes et externes concernées.

Leadership

- Veiller à ce que les responsabilités soient correctement organisé, doté en personnel et dirigées.
- Guider, motiver et développer les employés directement et indirectement subordonnés.
- Assurer une organisation durable en reconnaissant les talents, en planifiant, en formant, en accompagnant, en recrutant et en planifiant la succession.
- Faire vivre les valeurs et les principes de gestion de l'entreprise dans le pays.
- Planifier, mettre en œuvre et contrôler le budget des coûts et des investissements dans le domaine de responsabilité ; initier et piloter des actions correctives en cas de déviations.

Votre Profil

- 5+ ans d'expérience en gestion des ventes
- Bilingue (français/anglais) indispensable
- Déplacements occasionnels requis - 1 à 2 fois par mois
- Diplôme d'études postsecondaire requis
- Expérience avec les produits HVAC
- Expérience de travail dans une entreprise multinationale souhaitée
