Landscape Installation and Service Supervisor

  • Regular work schedule Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Duties and Responsibilities of Supervisor for Landscape Installation and Service

  • Install high quality softscapes materials including plants, soils/mulches, and sod. Install high quality hardscape material including paving stones, natural stone, retaining walls, and wood work.
  • Operating equipment including stone saw, skill saw, plate compactor etc.
  • Plan, organize and communicate daily tasks for crew.
  • Complete progress reports and work orders with mobile device.
  • Provide training, instruction, and feedback to staff.
  • Provide friendly, helpful, professional customer service.
  • Ensure safe work practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in the landscape industry in a leadership role in installations.
  • Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with clean drivers abstract.
  • Industry accreditation _(preferred)._
  • Level 1 First Aid.
