Part of our mission is to serve hearty and flavourful food, and it has to be done right As a restaurant team member, you are on the front lines of our operation, and standards must be met to ensure we execute on our mission and provide our guests with the very best service.

Slicer Responsibilities:

• Uses commercial slicer to slice meats, cheese and vegetables for daily food prep
• Completes all daily food prep with assistance from other crew members
• Ensures consistency of quality, portion control and steaming hot sub presentation.
• Responsible for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Adheres to food handling/safety requirements.
• Maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work environment

Required skills and experience:

Must be 18+ to use commercial slicer:

• Available mornings and daytime hours, up to 4 days a week including weekends, with the possibility of being assigned other crew shifts as needed, including nights and weekends.
• Able to work in a fastpaced and busy environment.
• Passion for food, service and hospitality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able and willing to complete other restaurant functions (ie. Cashier, food preparation, food production).
• Local store marketing/fundraising participation.

No previous experience is required. Initial and ongoing training is provided.
