Prairie Co-operative is looking for a Full-Time Produce Supervisor for its Food Centre located in Melville, Saskatchewan.

What you'll do:

• The Produce Department Supervisor is responsible for:
• Ensuring all produce orders are fulfilled accurately and within a set timeframe and assisting with the handling of orders as required.
• Assisting the Produce Manager with ensuring proper receiving and claiming procedures are completed accurately and within a set timeframe.
• Identify issues and areas for improvement within the eCommerce instore experience.
• Assisting the Produce Manager with marketing and merchandising of produce products in displays and on social media marketing campaigns.
• Ensuring all applicable company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to and ensuring safety and regulatory requirements and procedures are implemented and maintained.
• Assist the Produce department manager with the administration and achievement of budgeted department goals
• Providing leadership to the team through scheduling and assigning work, training, development, and performance feedback.
• Ensuring prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service is provided at all times to maintain high customer service levels and ensure customer satisfaction is met.
• Promoting and ensuring all company and food safety policies and procedures are met, including the safe handling and storage of products.
• Will be responsible for the daytoday operations of the department during the Team Leader's absence.
• Other duties as may be assigned

• 1+ years experience in customer service or food handling industry. Supervisory and produce department experience is preferred.
