Inventory Associate

Seeking an individual to execute storage and movement of all inventory parts - receiving and picking as well as warehouse functions within the Sylvan Lake facility.

Must be able to communicate effectively, be detail oriented and able to learn quickly. Will be provided with in-house training on processes/procedures.
- counting, segregating, packing and documenting parts, materials and equipment.
- compare paperwork to ensure receiving is correct - receiving items match packing slip information
- ensure received goods are accurately input into the computer inventory management system
- maintain stock/department supplies to complete tasks
- stock shelves using appropriate sorting/organization system
- lifting ability - 25 pounds
- follow specific processes maintaining accurate inventory records
- effectively communicate to Quality Control if any issues with parts

  • Adhere to all Company Safety and Work practices

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Must be a Canadian citizen or have Permanent Residency status.
  • Grade 12 diploma
  • Previous warehouse experience an asset

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
