Interlake Consumers Co-op is hiring for
multiple Clerk/Cashier positions on a part-time and full-time basis at the Food Store in Arborg and Eriksdale as well as the Gas Bar in Arborg, Manitoba.

What you'll do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers by providing assistances and information by responding to inquiries regarding store promotions, bulletins, and updates.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
  • Handle and record transactions through the pointofsale terminal, processing, and packaging customer purchases, organizing, cleaning, and stocking merchandise, preparing daily cash reconciliations, assisting, and helping lead team members when necessary, and any other duties as assigned.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure all areas of responsibility are safe, organized, clean, and tidy. As well as keeping the sales floor and back stock area clean and tidy of debris including the disposal of garbage.
