Note that the position may be in the Canadian Branch of BNP Paribas or in one of its subsidiaries based in Montreal.


The position at a glance
You will also be collaborating on various HR Initiatives.

In detail

  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners.
  • Maintain internal and external postings for open positions, ensuring compliance to legal and diversity requirements.
  • Complete the preemployment activities including the background checks with our external vendor, prepare offer letters and manage onboarding.
  • Initiate new hire paperwork for all new hires and track progress.
  • Coordinate data entry of new hires into different HR software.
  • Create and maintain recruiting reports and manage other ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Organize new hire folders and ensure completion prior to start date.
  • Liaise with different teams to resolve issues related to the onboarding process.
  • Control the quality of data entry during all the hiring process.

The strengths and skills that will help you succeed

  • 13 years of previous work experience, preferably within Human Resources and/or recruiting
  • Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Professionalism in dealing with confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Ability to communicate in English and French.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft is a plus.
