Full job description

• Setting up prep and surgical suite and assist veterinary team during surgical procedures.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Transcribe medical notes and assist veterinarians during examinations and procedures.
• Perform and package laboratory tests, and radiographs as directed by veterinarian.
• Handle billing processes and ensure accurate documentation of services provided.
• Maintain and update patient records, databases, and filing systems with attention to detail.
• Handle confident information and documents with discretion and proper organization.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure proper functioning of veterinary instruments and machines.

Requirements:

• Able to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Team player.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Must do yearly continued education courses including anesthetic courses and fearfree courses paid for by the clinic.

Salary:
$18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 32 per week
