About the role:
This exciting opportunity involves analyzing system specifications, creating test scripts, executing tests, reporting technical issues, and ensuring data integrity. The QA engineer will also work closely with the Development team, approve deployments, and coach other QA engineers.



High-level responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and analyzing system specifications
  • Creating rules and writing test scripts
  • Executing test scripts and reviewing results
  • Reporting and documenting technical issues
  • Ensuring quality assurance and data integrity


Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and analyzing system specifications
  • Collaborating with QA engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
  • Creating and executing test cases (manual or automated) and analyzing results using Jira/JTMF
  • Evaluating product code according to specifications
  • Creating logs to document testing phases and defects
  • Reporting bugs and errors to development teams
  • Coordinating and supporting post-implementation testing with business
  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the application development lifecycle
  • Running scripts to validate quality and data integrity
  • Coaching other QA engineers and ensuring best practices are followed

Must have:
  • Fluent in English – both written and oral, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a team environment under the guidance of technical leads or project managers
  • More than 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Testing, or similar roles
  • Experience in QA methodology
  • Maintaining testing-related documents such as test scripts and artifacts
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of test management
  • Working knowledge of Cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure
  • Proficiency in SQL, PySpark, Azure Databricks

Nice To Have:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in coaching and management skills
  • Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI
