About the role:


Our Lead Customer Advisor will do just that - they'll lead their team and recommend the service, maintenance, and accessories our customers need to make the most of their RV camping experience.

Do you have a passion for the outdoors, camping, or RVing? Are you persuasive, driven, and looking for a challenge? If you have stellar customer service skills and want to gain experience in a new industry, this might be your career.

You bring a positive attitude and exceptional hospitality and we'll provide you with the support, tools, and training you'll need to help get people camping

As a Lead Customer Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • building rapport with customers when they drop off their RV and we conduct an inspection;
- evaluating their concerns and needs and providing product recommendations
- performing walkthroughs with our customers when they pick up their RV to ensure they're happy with the work we've completed
- providing support to the Fixed Operations Manager, and their team by:

  • acting as the first-up to support customers experiencing issues or who require additional support
- training and offering guidance to the team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Goaloriented and achievementdriven
  • Previous experience in a customerfacing role
  • Aboveaverage communication skills
  • Comfortable with new software, MS Office and Social Media
