What should you have?

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience leading a marketing team in a company with retail (brick and mortar) and ecommerce business
  • Must have previous experience executing promotions for brick and mortar
  • Experience structuring and delegating funds from the department's budget in a way that maximizes brand growth and ROI
  • Retail & SaaS platform experience is preferred
  • 37 years of similar or related experience in Health and Beauty industries (preferred)
  • Postsecondary education in Business, Marketing or a related field from a recognized institution

Additional requirements

  • This is a 40 hours per week work opportunity with exceptions during peak seasons or events where the Omni-Marketing Manager may be required to work irregular hours
  • May be asked to work offsite (quarterly store visits)
  • Willingness to travel to attend shows & conferences in North America (twice a year)
