Responsibilities:

  • Primary IT help desk support contact
  • Assist the IT Manager with companywide IT initiatives
  • User lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding: managing access, installing software, procuring/assigning existing hardware, and documentation for change management
  • IT asset inventory management for both hardware and software
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
  • Network administration

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in a related Information Technology field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Service Management
  • IT support and operational experience in a remote world; or good grasp of best practices
  • OS Agnostic: Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Example software: Google Workspace, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office 365, BetterCloud, and GoToAssist Remote Support
  • Expertise with implementing, configuring and testing solutions
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Strong business acumen
