We are looking for a **Systems Administrator** to support the growth of our systems and deploy efficient and innovative solutions for trading operations. This person will be responsible for vendor management.

**As a System Administrator you will be required to**:

- Understand and master the optimal use of IT solutions;
- Provide hardware and software support to our internal customers;
- Identify opportunities for simplification and automation;
- Act as consultant and technical support for our internal customers when purchasing technology by participating in budget development;
- Participate in the development of IT strategy and ensure its deployment;
- Collaborate with group companies to provide high-performance, efficient and secure tools;
- Ensure smooth integration of new acquisitions into existing infrastructure and identify related risks;
- Deploy the cybersecurity action plan and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Define and monitor the SLAs of our IT suppliers;

**Profiles we're looking for**:

- You have 5 to 10 years' experience in computer systems administration and/or computer science studies;
- You demonstrate leadership skills through your involvement in projects;
- You have a strong sense of initiative and good problem-solving skills;
- You are stimulated by IT projects both professionally and personally;
- You have a technical command of tools such as Active Directory, Azure, virtual servers, VMware and Windows 365;
- You are bilingual.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un **Administrateur de système** afin soutenir la croissance de nos systèmes et déployer des solutions efficientes et innovatrices pour les opérations de trading. Cette personne sera responsable de la gestion des fournisseurs.

**En tant qu'Administrateur de système tu seras amené(e) à**:

- Comprendre et maîtriser l'utilisation optimale des solutions informatiques;
- Offrir un soutien technique à nos clients internes au niveau du matériel informatique et des logiciels;
- Identifier des opportunités de simplification et d'automatisation;
- Occuper un rôle de consultant et de soutien technique pour nos clients internes lors de l'achat de technologie en participant à l'élaboration du budget;
- Participer à l'élaboration de la stratégie TI et assurer son déploiement;
- Collaborer avec les entreprises du groupe pour fournir des outils performants, efficients et sécuritaires;
- Assurer une intégration fluide des nouvelles acquisitions dans l'infrastructure existante et repérer les risques liés;
- Déployer le plan d'action en cybersécurité et identifier des opportunités d'amélioration;
- Définir et suivre les SLA de nos fournisseurs TI;
**Les profils que nous cherchons**:

- Tu as 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en administration de systèmes informatiques et/ou des études en informatique;
- Tu démontres ton leadership à travers les projets auxquels tu participes;
- Tu as un fort sens de l'initiative et une bonne capacité à résoudre des problèmes;
- Tu es stimulé par les projets TI autant professionnellement que personnellement;
- Tu as une maîtrise technique des outils de type Active Directory, Azure, serveurs virtuels, VMware et Windows 365;
- Tu es bilingue.
