The Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our crew, contributing to our operations during our busiest times, mostly weekends and holidays.

This role also requires flexibility for "crew-on-call" days, balancing prior commitments to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Our operating hours are from 8 am to 8 pm, with two shifts:
morning (8 am to 2 pm) and afternoon (2 pm to 8 pm), weather permitting.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and preparing guests for tours
• Demonstrating skills in communication, sales, and basic vessel operation
• Assisting with docking, departure, and checkin/out procedures
• Managing vessel movement and conducting fueling tasks
• Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of vessels and life jackets
• Handling front desk communications, sales, and promotions

Compensation:

- $18 per hour, with $15 "on-call" day pay

• Seasonal employment from May 20th to midOctober, weather permitting
• Invoices must be submitted monthly for payment in the first week of each month

Requirements:

• Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC), or willingness to obtain (with our support)
• Participation in Sail La Vie's comprehensive training program
