POSITION OBJECTIVE:

At Jack Nathan Health, the Team Leader principle responsibility is for the overall operation and function of the clinic.

Through effective leadership and administration, and working closely with the Clinic Manager, the Team Lead ensures that the patient care is the primary focus and the team members are consistently Service Obsessed by using ongoing coaching and training.

Making sure that key operational and service standards relating to the policies, procedures, and protocols of Jack Nathan Health are executed and maintained.


FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proficient in the day-to-day operations of the clinics including, but not limited to, client services, billing, scheduling, end of day reconciliation and reporting, accounts payable, etc.
  • Proficient in MSP billing, EMR's and the Go Secure platform.
  • Ensures Billing, Payments and Collections are monitored and actioned daily. Submits payroll and commissions to Accounting Department.
  • Identifies business needs, uses data to develop and execute a monthly, quarterly and annual business strategy focused on financial goals, patient and employee retention goals.
  • Analyzes and monitors Key Performance Indicators (new patient enrollments, clinic profits, expenses, retention, etc.) to identify trends, growth opportunities, deficiencies; creates action plans to positively impact sales and profit.
  • Recognizes marketing opportunities in their local area and work with the Marketing Team to create Jack Nathan Health brand awareness that will help achieve financial/client goals.
  • Ensures that monthly schedule is completed for all team members and payroll hours are confirmed with the Clinic Manager
  • Confirms team members complete all necessary paperwork and reports in an accurate and timely fashion. Scheduling regular follow ups as needed.
  • Partners with Medical Practitioners to ensure medical staff is adhering to treatment standards and are fully executing the clinic's programs.
  • Coaches and develops team members to ensure Service Obsessed principles and tandards are effectively executed; Recognizes gaps in the clinic's ability to meet patient needs and coaches team members to take appropriate action.
  • Promotes a team-based environment, encouraging staff engagement; verbally recognizes team members daily for high performance and in written communicates to all team members.
  • Resolves patient concerns promptly; keeping Service Obsessed culture at the forefront, shares best practices regarding patient retention and service with other clinics/managers to ensure consistency across all locations; puts the patients' needs first, models service and care standards always.
  • Cultivate a positive relationship with patients to ensure retention and a high level of service.
  • Models the Jack Nathan Health brand, values, lifestyle and while maintaining a professional image at all times; sets high standards for self and team based upon competency model; builds an effective network within the company, across all clinics, and in the local market.
  • Provides orientation and on-boarding for new team members and ensures each is fully trained on their role, responsibilities, success measures, personal goals, and the values of Jack Nathan Health.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
