Supervising_

  • Motivates and directs team members to create unexpected memorable experiences in a fast and friendly service in clean surroundings.
  • Monitor the team's productivity and provide constructive feedback. Set goals for performance which are in line with the company's plans and vision and communicate them to the team.
  • Team Training. Promote and encourage the employee's road to success within the company. Ensure that employees understand their duties.
  • Creates, manages and signs off on the employee schedules in a cost effective way while still meeting the clients needs.
  • Recruiting, selecting, hiring and retaining effective team talent.

Helps out with all attendant duties.

  • Increase conversion rate, membership sales and retention

Customer Service_

  • Is dedicated to creating memorable experiences that no one expected to receive.
  • Receive customer complaints and will look to resolve problems in ways that comply with the company's plans and vision.

Job Types:

Salary:
$21.00-$22.50 per hour
