Ce que vous ferez

  • Administrer des traitements médicamenteux (par voie IV, IM et SC le cas échéant) à domicile ou en clinique spécialisée pour les patients.
  • Assurer le suivi et la surveillance des traitements de perfusion IV en clinique ou à domicile.
  • Surveiller les réactions post-injection/post-perfusion, documenter et signaler toutes les activités conformément aux protocoles et normes professionnelles en vigueur.
  • Dispenser des formations aux patients sur les protocoles spécifiques, en individuel ou en groupe.
  • Signaler les effets indésirables, les incidents graves, et les problèmes de qualité des produits selon les procédures établies.
  • Maintenir une disponibilité fiable selon les termes du contrat pour répondre aux besoins de l'équipe et atteindre les objectifs de performance en soins infirmiers et en clinique.
  • Coordonner quotidiennement avec les patients, les gestionnaires de cas, les médecins, la planification des rendez-vous et autres services pour organiser les plannings, les traitements et la communication des informations.
  • Effectuer des tâches administratives telles que les vérifications mensuelles des cliniques, les commandes de fournitures, et autres missions selon les directives établies.
  • Participer régulièrement aux réunions d'équipe et aux sessions de formation en ligne pour maintenir et améliorer les standards professionnels.
  • Participer à des formations spécialisées selon les besoins des clients.
  • Collaborer avec les médecins, les clients du secteur pharmaceutique et biotechnologique pour l'éducation et la mise en place de programmes spécifiques.
  • Se déplacer dans les différentes zones désignées pour couvrir les besoins opérationnels.
  • Respecter les procédures opérationnelles standard et les instructions en vigueur en matière de soins infirmiers et cliniques.
  • Se conformer aux normes de santé et sécurité et à la réglementation en vigueur.
  • Participer aux formations annuelles dans les délais requis.
  • Respecter les normes professionnelles définies par les associations et les politiques internes.
  • Exécuter des missions complémentaires sur demande.
  • Être disponible en cas de besoin pour répondre aux demandes de service.

À quoi devraient ressembler vos antécédents

  • Avoir au minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'infirmier/infirmière auxiliaire autorisé(e).
  • Expérience en traitement par IV serait un atout.
  • Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en soins infirmiers ou domaine similaire.
  • Être titulaire d'un permis valide émis par un organisme professionnel, et certificat de RCR à jour.
  • Expérience en soins hospitaliers ou à domicile.
  • Certifications TSRCR, PALS, SP et ACAV, et expérience en voies veineuses centrales sont appréciées.
  • Maîtrise de l'utilisation du téléphone cellulaire et du fax pour la gestion des rendez-vous et des tâches assignées.
  • Démonstration d'excellent service client lors des interactions avec les patients et l'équipe soignante.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire.
  • Flexibilité pour les déplacements liés au travail.
  • Permis de conduire valide, couverture d'assurance adéquate.
