Radio Network Project Manager - JR

Duration: 12 months (possible extension)



Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)



  • Telecommunications and Radio Network Experience in a Large Public Sector Entity
  • Proven experience in public safety radio, telecommunications, and/or IT infrastructure
  • Experience handling large, complex projects
  • Project Management Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey key project information in a politically sensitive context
  • Team-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks
  • Skilled in building relationships with project partners, fostering trust, and aligning goals through effective facilitation, consultation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to identify and assess specific issues or risks, provide options analysis, and recommend action plans to mitigate risks
  • Proficient with standard project management tools such as MS Project, Clarity/Planview, Visio, MS Office Suite, SharePoint, PowerBI, or their equivalents
  • Experience in creating and maintaining project management documents such as meeting minutes, project plans, briefing notes, and change requests
  • Problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and analyze risks, issues, and problems, develop mitigation options, and present findings to senior team members
  • Knowledge of and direct experience with applying fundamental project management tools, techniques, and methodologies to projects of varying sizes and complexities
