Responsibilities

  • Creative, motivated and self starting
  • Possess excellent attention to detail

  • Must be food handlers certified
  • Passion for Italian cuisine is a must

Duties

  • Cook pizzas in a wood burning oven
  • Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the restaurant
  • Ensuring that all food is prepared and served in a manner that is timely and consistent
  • Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product
  • Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
Pay determined based on experience.
