Driving our Rail Coal Fire Bistro delivery cars, the **_Delivery Driver_** will deliver food and beverage orders and collect payments from customers in a safe, timely and professional manner exemplary to our restaurant's standards. The driver will pick up and drop off items while adhering to the assigned location. You need to be willing to work as part of a team to ensure that food orders are packaged correctly and safely delivered to the proper customer.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Sanitize, clean, re-fuel delivery car and ensure it is up to par.
- Make deliveries of food to residential and commercial locations.
- Accept guest payments and give the proper change when needed.
- Cross-training for other positions in the department when needed such as phone order taker and order preparation based on manager decision.
- Record completed delivery orders and payment transaction with attendant.
- Report any faulty equipment or any observations to the restaurant manager.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area.
- Assist with restocking and replenishing of products and supplies
- Prioritize best routing for more than one delivery order at a time.

**Qualifications**
- Be 18 years of age
- Be able to communicate in English and french
- Possess suitable communication skills to create a positive interaction experience with our customers.

Le Rail Coal Fire Bistro est actuellement à la recherche d'un chauffeur-livreur bilingue et responsable pour se joindre à notre équipe de livraison efficace et fiable.

**_ Quarts de travail disponibles entre 11AM-12AM_**

Au volant de nos voitures de livraison Rail Coal Fire Bistro, le **_chauffeur-livreur_** livrera les commandes de nourriture et de boissons et percevra les paiements des clients de façon sécuritaire, opportune et professionnelle, conformément aux normes de notre restaurant. Le chauffeur ramassera et déposera les articles tout en respectant l'emplacement assigné. Vous devez être prêt à travailler en équipe pour vous assurer que les commandes de nourriture sont emballées correctement et livrées en toute sécurité au bon client.

**Tâches et responsabilités**
- Assainir, nettoyer, refaire le plein de la voiture de livraison et s'assurer qu'elle est en bon état.
- Effectuer des livraisons d'aliments à des endroits résidentiels et commerciaux.
- Accepter les paiements des clients et rendre la monnaie appropriée si nécessaire.
- Formation polyvalente pour d'autres postes du service, au besoin, comme la prise de commandes par téléphone et la préparation de commandes, selon la décision du gestionnaire.
- Enregistrer les commandes de livraison complétées et les transactions de paiement avec le préposé.
- Signaler tout équipement défectueux ou toute observation au gérant du restaurant.
- Nettoyer et entretenir l'équipement et la zone de travail.
- Aider au réapprovisionnement et à la reconstitution des stocks de produits et de fournitures.
- Établir la priorité du meilleur itinéraire pour plus d'une commande de livraison à la fois.

- Être capable de communiquer en anglais et en français
- Posséder des compétences de communication appropriées pour créer une expérience d'interaction positive avec nos clients.
- Posséder un permis de conduire valide
