Job Summary:
A TKL Group Inc is looking for a Project Manager with concrete masonry experience. This Project Manger is responsible for Managing and Coordinating all project related activities.

The Project Manager's main objective is to ensure projects run smoothly and clients receive information and product as required on time and on budget.


Responsibilities:

  • Review contracts and specifications
  • Coordinate drawings with clients and detailers.
  • Coordinate schedules for fabrication according to project requirements.
  • Organize / scheduling of hardware fabrication and deliveries.
  • Protect the company from risk and litigation that may arise from projects
  • Coordinate samples as per project requirements.
  • Coordinating required documentation / paperwork for clients.
  • Prepare change orders for additions or deletions to contracts.
  • Attend site meetings as required.
  • Manage and direct Project Coordinators (if required)
  • Coordinate loads and deliveries
  • All other duties and tasks that may be required for efficient business operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to maintain good working relationships with clients, employees, and industry professionals.
  • Must have the ability to work well under pressure and be well organized to manage people effectively.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and passport.
  • Must be able to travel to the United States and other parts of Canada for project meetings as required.
