FRF Hydraulic is the PALFINGER Knuckle Boom Crane dealer with our installations, maintenance and service facility located in
Brantford specializing in vehicle mounted Cranes and Hook Loaders. We are also the manufacturer of the required custom truck decks for both front and rear mounted cranes. As an Employer, we offer an exciting opportunity for you to be part of our growing "Team" in the growing industry today.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for maintaining and repairing truck mounted cranes.
  • Perform routine Preventative Maintenance on diesel forklifts, truck mounted cranes, and hook loaders.
  • Perform annual inspections on various types of lifting equipment including structural and mechanical inspections as well as performance testing.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs on diesel forklifts, cranes, hook loaders, and other hydraulic implements.
  • Perform minor weld repairs and fabricate brackets etc.
  • Document parts and labour on work orders.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in maintenance and repairs to truck mounted knuckle boom cranes, hook loaders or heavy duty equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and solid diagnostic skills in mobile electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and electronic systems is an asset
  • Once trained and up to speed then must have the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision diagnosing faults and malfunctions.
  • Ongoing enthusiasm to accept new challenges and training.
  • Work as a team player with time management skills.
  • Possession of your own tools is considered an asset but is not required.
