Calling all early bird Jr. Accountants / Sr.

Accounting Clerks Randstad has partnered with a manufacturing company in Brampton who are looking to bring in Accounting support for the next 6 months with potential to extend beyond that.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience with Accounts Payable and Receivables, Collections and bank reconciliations.

Proficiency with SAP is needed as well as the ability to work onsite in a role that starts at 7:30am each day.

Responsibilities
Full cycle Accounts payable and receivables in SAP
Vendor management including investigating and resolving discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing reports
Prepare journal entries
Collect on outstanding balances
Complete monthly bank reconciliations
Assist with various accounting tasks as requested

Qualifications
3+ years Accounting experience including full cycle AP and AR
Proficiency with SAP
Ability to work onsite in a role starting at 7:30am daily
Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision
