Invoicing Clerk

The Invoicing Clerk will be involved with assisting the Accounting Department with preparing correspondence, invoices, purchase orders and other materials.

The Invoicing Clerk will also be involved in other duties as required by the Department.

Requirements:

  • Accurate, organized, hardworking, reliable, independent selfstarter, detail orientated.
  • Microsoft Suite skills are an asset.
The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Must be a team player who is flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities:

  • Submitting custom invoices with backup documentation
  • Coordinating with the Sales Staff.
  • Using various custom portals.
*This is an entry level position.
