Project Coordinator to join our Team.

Project Coordinator in our
Ottawa, ON office.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree and (2) two years of related experience OR a college diploma and (4) four years of related experience.
  • An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
  • 1+ years of experience in consulting (considered an asset).

Main Duties:

  • Support the team with maintaining, tracking, and reporting on projects and initiatives.
  • Keep track of project timelines, support requests, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project and portfolio performance indicators and coordinate invoicing.
  • Gather, analyze, and compile information from project teams and tools in order to produce documentation to be reviewed by senior engineers and scientists.
  • Provide assistance and advice to project managers and project leads related to their project documentation and data management.
  • Participate in the definition and implementation of various processes within a growing division.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all work performed and meet critical deadlines.
  • Collaborate with GEMTEC personnel across Canada.
  • Performing other related duties as required.

Position:

  • Full time salaried position.
  • Providing proof of full vaccination against COVID19 may be a condition of employment. Exceptions to this requirement will be considered on a casebycase basis in relation to local health guidelines and/or client requirements/regulations.
