The successful candidate

must:

  • possess relevant university training, or itsequivalent related to the position;
  • possess relevant, successful experience teachingEnglish Language Arts, Social Studies, Arts Education, PHE, ADST, FSL, CareerEducation, Math and Science in a middle years program using CollaborativeModels of Support;
  • be willing towork to co-plan, co-teach and co-assess within a team based middle schoolenvironment
  • be familiar with the BC Student Performance Standards;and,
  • have a solid understanding and knowledge of the newMinistry curriculum and competencies

Salary range :
$59,432.34 per to $108,341.34 per year, based on category asassigned by the Teachers' Qualification Service (TQS) and previous teachingexperience If applying for more than one position, pleasenote order of preference.
