Êtes-vous une personne autonome qui n'hésite pas à prendre des initiatives et à mener de front plusieurs tâches ? À titre d'analyste, Identification du client, Intégration client IDC, vous mettrez à profit vos excellentes aptitudes en communication et en analyse, votre solide sens de l'organisation et vos compétences techniques supérieures afin de veiller au bon déroulement du processus IDC avant qu'une relation commerciale soit établie avec le client.

**Responsabilités**
- En collaboration avec les collègues, effectuer les tâches d'intégration IDC (contrôle diligent LAB/IDC) des clients, nouveaux ou existants, qui achètent de nouveaux produits auprès de succursales RBC Marchés des Capitaux - Canada.
- Établir les exigences en matière d'identification du client pour divers produits de RBC Marchés des Capitaux et agir à titre d'expert-ressource pour les exigences.
- Examiner les documents pour s'assurer qu'ils répondent aux exigences réglementaires canadiennes en matière de LAB (OCRCVM, CANAFE, RRPCFAT).
- Communiquer efficacement avec les intervenants internes au sujet de l'état des dossiers, des recours hiérarchiques et des livrables en attente, au besoin.
- Effectuer des recherches et des examens de contrôle diligent en matière d'IDC et effectuer des examens pour les clients (nouveaux ou existants) qui présentent un risque faible, moyen ou élevé.
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements ponctuelles des secteurs d'activité concernant certains documents d'IDC.
- Traiter plusieurs demandes à la fois en les priorisant par date d'échéance.
- Offrir du soutien ponctuel à l'équipe d'analystes, Identification du client, pendant les périodes de pointe et en cas de besoin.
- Établir de solides relations avec les partenaires de la deuxième ligne de défense (Conformité, LAB ; Conformité à la réglementation) pour la transmission des recours hiérarchiques liés aux clients à risque élevé ou aux renseignements défavorables et échanger des conseils avec ceux-ci, au besoin.
- Travailler en équipe pour atteindre les objectifs du groupe, répondre aux exigences du mandat et élaborer des guides internes pour améliorer le niveau de compétences et la prestation des services.
- Participer à des essais le même jour ou après les heures d'ouverture afin d'appuyer l'amélioration des systèmes et des processus.
- Être en mesure d'entreprendre des projets, des tâches ou des exercices de documentation ponctuels.

**Responsabilités**

**Compétences essentielles**:

- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit) pour pouvoir communiquer à un niveau avancé au travail
- Au moins deux ans d'expérience en IDC ou LAB au sein d'une institution financière
- Baccalauréat ès arts, baccalauréat ès sciences ou l'équivalent
- Connaissance approfondie des exigences réglementaires mondiales (OCRCVM, BSIF, CANAFE, FINRA, FCA, IRS, etc.) ou expérience professionnelle dans un environnement réglementaire
- Connaissance des produits, des systèmes de négociation et des secteurs d'activité de Marché des capitaux, ainsi que des outils de déroulement des opérations IDC, comme Fenergo
- Grand souci du service à la clientèle et capacité de produire de bons résultats et d'offrir de la rétroaction constructive
- Pensée créatrice et aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes
- Très bon sens de l'organisation et solides aptitudes pour la gestion du temps
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite
- Capacité d'utiliser efficacement MS Excel et les logiciels de productivité, et de faire des recherches

**Atouts souhaités**
- Titre de spécialiste de la lutte antiblanchiment
- Toute accréditation financière, comme le Cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilières au Canada (CCVM) ou le titre de CFA
- Diplôme, antécédents ou expérience en exploitation ou en technologie
