Are you the right fit for this role? Here's what you'll do:

  • Collaborate with key partners to find ways to promote a customer-centric culture, enhance current strategies, and strengthen customer connections through loyalty incentives
  • Lead the team in conducting in-depth analyses to gain a comprehensive understanding of our loyalty customer base and generate fresh business concepts
  • Supervise advanced analysis activities to drive actionable insights and business transformation
  • Create compelling analytical presentations using data visualization methods
  • Stay updated on business strategies, market trends, and analytical tools to continually improve the value of analytics
  • Ensure compliance with the Bank's risk policies and practices in daily operations
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and resource allocation
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple business projects, initiatives, and ad-hoc analyses with internal and external partners

Do you have what it takes to excel in this role? We're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in loyalty rewards, business, or finance, including team management
  • Degree in quantitative field like management analytics, statistics, mathematics, operations research, economics, computer science, or engineering
  • Proficiency in handling large datasets using SAS, SQL, or similar programming languages
  • Familiarity with Hadoop, Big Data, Data Lake, and experience with Python, R is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Excellent analytical, logical, and organizational abilities with a knack for critical thinking
