Join our growing team as an Equipment Leasing Administrator.
In this exciting new role, you will bring strong organizational, data entry & customer service skills to ensure everything is in order to successfully meet expectations of all aspects of quarterly equipment lease installations.
Some of your responsibilities will include preparing order letters, creating vendor payment approval documents along with preparation of check requests & Certificate of Acceptance.
Throughout the onboarding process you will have daily communication with customers & vendors.Qualifications and Skills Required:
- The successful Equipment Leasing Administrator will have a minimum college diploma, ideally undergraduate degree or experience in a related field.
- Strong data entry skills, ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines & handle multiple assignments is required.
- This role is front and center with our clients, so being comfortable speaking with clients is necessary.
- Your proficiency with Excel, strong mathematical aptitude & attention to detail will benefit you in this role as you are reviewing documents and invoices related to equipment leases.
- Knowledge of computer hardware terms & accounts payable related experience is a plus.
