SUMMARY - _Billing Clerk_**
_ Shift:_
Monday to Friday; 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.

_ Reports to:
_Billing Supervisor

KEY ACTIVITIES

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Setting up pro-bills
• Cutting pros
• Barcoding and imaging documents
• Data entry
• Filing and other administrative duties as required
• Scanning documents

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

_ Education_

• Must have postsecondary education

**_
Experience_**- Strong written and verbal communications skills.

• A strong geographic understanding of major cities/provinces/states in Canada and the USA
• Enjoy working under pressure in a demanding and time sensitive work environment
• Excellent keyboard and data entry skills
• High tolerance for ambiguity
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to take action quickly
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time
• Ability to work with mínimal supervision
