We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor to become an integral part of our team reporting to the Director of Operations at our Belledune location.

The successful candidate will hold Safety as the number one priority and be a natural and leader who can motivate the team to safely reach production targets.

They will be able to quickly build trust and credibility with the team and have a "can-do" attitude who understands the importance of operational excellence.

The Shaw Group has a strong safety culture, and this individual will embody the same safety mindset and lead by example.

The Production Supervisor will be able to balance the demands of getting results with the importance of producing a quality product.
