We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor at Rocky Crest Resort

As the Rooms Division Manager, your main task will be supervising the front office team to make sure all tasks are completed correctly. You'll oversee the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Help in recruiting, training, and supervising the Front Desk staff
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, efficient registration, and billing in a professional and friendly manner
  • Check staff shifts and cash handling for accuracy
  • Act as Manager on Duty as needed
  • Prepare monthly reports and budgets
  • Review daily front office reports from Night Audit Reviews
  • Check front office log book and Guest feedback forms daily
  • Maintain an organized filing system for documentation
  • Complete other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of hotel front desk supervisory experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • This is a full-time hourly position
  • Eligible for benefits after three months
