We are developing data and analytics solutions that are transforming the healthcare industry.

As our team grows and technology ecosystem becomes more complex, we are looking for a very senior and highly motivated and collaborative enterprise data architect to guide our architecture within the team, but also lead data architecture efforts enterprise wide.

Design, develop, and maintain the organization's enterprise data architecture aligned with business goals.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of data management standards, policies, and guidelines.
Design and document the data architecture from a business and systems perspectives.

Create data roadmaps capturing current architectures and limitations, future requirements and needs followed by target architecture and transition architectures.

Communicate and provide data architecture / business expertise to other teammates and architects during system development.
Ensure solution data architectures are compatible with existing and future enterprise data architecture.
Lead or support the design, implementation, and maintenance of data models/schemas.
Lead stakeholder reviews on all data architecture deliverables and mediate between project stakeholders.
Apply reverse engineering techniques to understand and document existing data architectures.
Ensure governance and quality in the definition, creation and usage of data assets.
Assist in the development of overall project plans and timetables, analysis and identification of intermediate deliverables.
Communicate the value of data management to the organization.
Support the efforts of short and long term data architecture strategies.
Anticipate knowledge and information applications or use of data.
identify and analyze technical innovations and concepts supporting business objectives.

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science or related field is required.
~ Additional certification in data management, enterprise architecture e.g. 10+ years of experience in data architectures.
~ Good technical breadth with qualifications in other areas of software development.
~ Knowledge and appreciation of the complete software development lifecycle from concept to operations
~ Effective team and technical leadership
