**Please note that this is a 5 days/week In-Office position, based in our office in Mississauga, ON.

Role Overview


As a Senior Product Manager at BoomerangFX, you will our drive product vision and create SaaS based software products our customers will love This role is responsible for the success of the product through all phases of the development process.

Starting with the initial concept and nurturing it all the way through research & discovery, production, deployment, and maintenance.

Senior Product Manager's ensure that our new features and capabilities are easy to use and solve our customers' problems in the right way.

Success in this role will your product sense, your customer empathy and knowledge, your leadership skills, and your ability to get stuff done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of BoomerangFX's products, its customers' problems, and the Private Healthcare space to deliver solutions that drive growth, continue to exceed our customer's expectations, and drive customer retention now and in the future.
  • Build a business case for investment, integrating usability studies, research, and market/competitive analysis to articulate initiative recommendations and tradeoffs to leadership and crossfunctional stakeholders
  • Translate product strategy into roadmaps that are informed by input from customers, crossfunctional stakeholders, market and competitive research.
  • Develop specifications, negotiate & define scopes, and partner with our design & engineering teams to deliver new capabilities to our customers
  • Define and analyze key metrics that inform decision making and measure success of product initiatives
  • Support the gotomarket process and collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to achieve launch readiness and drive adoption
Qualifications

  • A postsecondary degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of proven software Product Management experience
  • A passion for creating products that add value, are usable, feasible, viable, reliable, and scalable. You have a demonstrated passion for user experience and for solving customer problems and delivering software that end users love
  • Understand modern SaaS technologies and platforms you understand what it takes build & maintain systems that work at scale.
  • Technical acumen – you can have credible conversations with engineer stakeholders about technical tradeoffs, technologies, scalability, security, etc.
  • A strategic thinker, analytical, detail, and resultsoriented with excellent problemsolving skills
  • Motivated selfstarter able to translate uncertainty and ambiguity into a clear concise product roadmap.
  • Ability to develop a strong point of view and collaborate with diplomacy to build and drive the right vision forward.
