Grande Prairie, Canada Roska DBO Inc. Full time

Roska DBO Inc. is seeking a Field Operator for their operations South of Grande Prairie. This is a camp-based role out of Grande Prairie with an 8/6 schedule working 10-hour days.

Experience and responsibilities include:

  • 5+ years of field operating experience
  • Knowledge of oil batteries, pump jacks, plunger lifts, compression, sour fields
  • Mechanical aptitude is beneficial
  • Willingness to Quad
  • Hold a valid class 5 driving license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Valid H2S and First Aid certifications
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
  • Strong housekeeping skills
  • Demonstrate a disciplined work ethic, self-motivation, and a strong desire to contribute
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental practices
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle a demanding workload
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
