**Responsabilités**:
Seconder le.a gérant.e dans les opérations du magasin (achats, stocks, caisses, gestion des coûts, etc.) et le remplacer au besoin.
S'assurer d'une prestation de service à la clientèle hors pair par le personnel.
Conseiller et servir la clientèle.
Participer à la gestion du personnel (embauche, formation, évaluation, supervision, horaire de travail).
Collaborer aux achats, à la gestion des stocks et des équipements du magasin.
Assurer le respect par le personnel des normes de mise en marché des produits, de qualité, d'hygiène et de salubrité établies par Première Moisson.

**Exigences**:
Connaissances générales des opérations d'un magasin de détail en alimentation ou en restauration (une expérience de 2 ans minimum dans ces domaines un atout)
Connaissances pertinentes des techniques de vente, du service à la clientèle et de la gestion des ressources humaines
Français parlé et écrit - Obligatoire
L'anglais parlé est un atout

**Responsibilities**:
Assist the Store Manager in store operations (purchasing, inventory, cashiering, cost management, etc.) and replace him/her as needed.
Ensure outstanding customer service by staff.
Advise and serve customers.
Participate in personnel management (hiring, training, evaluation, supervision, work schedules).
Collaborate in purchasing, inventory management and store equipment.
Ensure staff compliance with product marketing, quality, hygiene and sanitation standards set by Première Moisson.
