Pourquoi ce rôle est-il important ?

Nos membres de l'équipe de magasin sont des acteurs inspirés. Ils contribuent à offrir une expérience positive en magasin en veillant à ce que le magasin soit toujours prêt avec des produits disponibles répondant aux besoins des clients pour vivre pleinement. Nos commis inspirent nos clients par des conversations agréables et une connaissance des produits.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Fournir un excellent service client en veillant à ce que les étagères du magasin soient approvisionnées et en répondant aux besoins des clients
  • Couper et marchander de la viande et des produits de la mer
  • Maintenir et approvisionner les présentoirs et les étagères de produits selon les normes de l'entreprise
  • Assurer un balayage précis des produits, identifier les besoins en stock et aider à passer commande
  • Mettre en place des promotions et des programmes dirigés par l'entreprise
  • Garder les zones de service ordonnées et veiller au respect des normes de santé et sécurité

Votre profil :

  • Flexibilité pour travailler à des horaires variés incluant jours, soirs et week-ends
  • Capacité à déplacer jusqu'à 50 livres et à être constamment en mouvement pendant un quart de travail complet
