Responsibilities and Experience

  • Effectively operate the HydroVac truck for daylighting (exposing/unearthing)
  • Operate the HydroVac in a safe and effective manner
  • Transport equipment to and from job sites
  • Conduct preoperational, enroute, and post operational inspections of equipment
  • Complete various mandatory reports (drivers' logbook, daily vehicle inspection, maintenance reports, accident, and incident reports as needed)
  • Miscellaneous jobs assigned by the Foreman

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in operating and driving a HydroVac truck
  • Trained in the proper operation and maintenance of the HydroVac truck
  • Valid DZ driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Ability to confidently operate around underground utility services safely
  • Be familiar with CVOR requirements
  • Commitment to a safe work culture

Working Conditions

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting, climbing, bending and standing for long periods of time.

Salary:
$32.50 per hour
