Key points/Highlights:
- 10 years or more of security experience (in different roles); Experience as a security architect; Highlevel experience in project security; Experience in Governance, organizational compliance; Good knowledge of information security areas; Bilingual with French and EnglishJob description:We are looking for a security profile with project experience. The target person will be responsible for foreseeing security vulnerabilities in projects and coming up with solutions to prevent incidents.
Plans, coordinates and ensures the completion of various activities related to his sector;Ensures management of the cybersecurity program, including risk assessment and prevention, for solutions hosted internally and externally;Analyzes the context and opportunities to ensure good positioning of the organization's interests in terms of security and information;Participates in the identification of needs as well as the implementation of standards and security measures;Ensures management of legal and contractual information security compliance;Ensures the management of cybersecurity incidents and threats for senior management, by interfacing with internal and external stakeholders;Plans annual monitoring of security audits, penetration tests, vulnerability assessment and associated action plans.
Recommends and plans the actions and interventions necessary to ensure the development of business processes in information security and cybersecurity and supports their implementation;Develops intervention strategies related to information security and cybersecurity and ensures their planning, implementation and monitoring;Develops and analyzes performance indicators specific to its department and actively participates in the development of strategies to improve processes related to cybersecurity;Recommends a vision, strategic directions, commitments, objectives and standards with respect to information security and current IT infrastructure.
Coordinates human resources and manages the financial, material and information resources necessary to carry out its projects and mandates;Exercises leadership while respecting the management philosophy and organizational values;Apply fairly and uniformly the policies, procedures and rules of the collective agreement, where applicable; ensures the maintenance of harmonious working relationships;Is responsible for the organization of work within multidisciplinary teams and, to this end, analyzes the workload with a view to equitable distribution thereof within the teams;Communicates to the teams concerned by its projects and mandates the directions, objectives and decisions of management, ensures their understanding and appropriation; implements management and communication practices promoting change management, talent attraction and retention, mobilization and diversity;Analyzes the budgetary needs for carrying out its activities and submits its recommendations to its immediate superior.
