This position reports directly to the Country General Manager, the Financial Director and the Headquarters Control Department.
• Development of annual budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads and senior management to develop accurate and achievable financial goals.
• Monthly report of all activities to the Country General Manager, the Financial Director and the Headquarters Control Department (main KPIs: sales, hours worked, productivity, P&L, investments, etc.).
• Report of monthly forecasts to Headquarters.
• Participation in feasibility studies of events developed by the company (Openings, moves and renovations).
• Implementation of expenditure control plans. Preparation of a variety of reports, studies, analyzes and related information to support the decision-making process.
• Provide a financial analysis and decision support to senior management, as needed.Profile Required
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; MBA or CPA designation preferred. The candidate must have a solid knowledge of local accounting, tax and legislative practices.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an external audit firm + 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a multinational environment.
• High level of Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP, BPC and Power BI will be an asset.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Strong command of financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and excellent management techniques with ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and effectively communicate information to departments and the leadership team.
