KWE IS CURRENTLY HIRING FOR AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK
KWE is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk who is focused on delivering a world class customer service experience to our valued customers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for smooth transactions by using KWE's vast worldwide network for a designated client base. University/College degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting or Finance.Hands on experience in an Accounts Payable related role.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret data and graphs to draw conclusions and/or make recommendations to Management.Advanced computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity and word processing using Microsoft Office Suite. Very strong Excel skills to create and manipulate various spreadsheet, Experience using Oracle E-Business Suite or similar Accounting Software.Ability to effectively present competent information and respond to questions from employees, groups of managers and clients professionally.DETAILS OF THE JOB
Work under AP Lead to complete data entry related to incoming invoices and ensure that company procedures are met.Process weekly Quick Cheques and reconcile on daily basis and process Stop Payment Requests as required.Assist in all filings of PRF's, invoices and other related accounting documentation. Post and reconcile company payments to general ledgers.Review bills, investigate and resolve payment/billing discrepancies.Balance daily A/P batches; prepare and distribute payment reports and statistics to key personnel.Ensure the strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records as they relate to the organization and its business partners.Investigate payment problems while following corporate A/P policies and procedures.Provide excellence in customer service and a first place of contact for client inquiries, concerns and complaints. regarding accounts processing and payments and receivables. Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.Receive guidance with respect to general objectives in most tasks and projects assigned. Determined methods, work sequence, scheduling, and how to achieve objectives of assignments; operate within specific policy guidelines.Provide back up support within department during busy periods, vacations and unexpected employee absences.Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills. Perform all other job- related duties as required by management.-
