Duties:

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, adhering to presentation standards
  • Anticipate guests' needs and proactively address any concerns or requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest payments accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a server in a highvolume restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairings, is an asset
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Serving it Right Certificate
