Production Team Member
Production Team Members of the heart and sole of our operations.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Team Member is responsible for processing and assembling manufactured parts and completing quality checks before packaging and shipping them to our customers.


What does a Production Team Member do?

  • Lift and carry formed parts between production machines/equipment.
  • Assemble parts and add assembly fixture components.
  • Taking parts and materials off equipment and performing inspections.
  • Use of fixtures, templates, dies and/or machinery (e.g. presses, grinders) and the use of hand tools such as rivet guns, sonic welders and measuring tapes.
  • Achieve production objectives in a safe manner and in accordance with Angstrom's policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Adhere to all H&S, environmental laws, and procedures.
  • All other duties/assignments required to support internal and external customers.

What you bring to the table

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
  • Previous Automotive / high volume manufacturing experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and good handeye coordination.
  • Ability to follow step by step processes consistently.
  • Ability to work in a faced pace and repetitive work environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry weights of up to 40lbs on an occasional basis.
  • Ability to communicate in both written and spoken English

Salary/Wage Information:
Starting from $17.80/hr

Scheduled Shift Availability:
A-Shift (11:00pm - 7:00am) & C-Shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm)

  • Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: General Labour, Labourer, Manufacturing, Assembling, etc _

Salary:
$17.80-$19.45 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
