Responsibilities:

  • Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
  • Supervise and train staff members in various roles, including bartending, cooking, and food preparation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
  • Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing employee performance
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of POS systems for cash handling and order processing
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff members
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Salary:
$17.50-$19.00 per hour
