Job Description

They are seeking a passionate and results-driven District Manager to join their team. The District Manager will be responsible and accountable for achieving district sales objectives and maximizing profitability. This role requires a strong leader who can provide guidance, coaching, recruitment, and development to Shop Managers and their teams. The District Manager will ensure the highest standards in customer service, visual presentation, and operational compliance, all while upholding their values and vision. The salary range is $90-K.

DESCRIPTION

Leadership & Coaching: Provide leadership and coaching to Shop Managers and their teams to achieve sales goals and maximize profitability. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and development. Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee recruitment efforts and ensure appropriate staffing levels. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent. Sales & Profitability: Drive district sales objectives and maximize profitability through effective sales strategies and initiatives. Customer Service: Establish and maintain high standards of customer service across all shops in the district. Ensure teams deliver exceptional customer experiences. Visual Presentation: Ensure shops adhere to their visual presentation standards. Implement merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines. Operational Compliance: Maintain operational compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure shops adhere to health, safety, and legal standards. Initiative Implementation: Empower shop teams to implement initiatives that support customer loyalty and enhance the future success of shops in the district. Values & Vision: Uphold and promote their values and vision in all aspects of the role. Champion ethical and sustainable practices.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a District Manager or in a similar leadership role in retail. Strong sales and financial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Exceptional planning and organizational skills + visual merchandising skills Ability to deliver service, sales, and profit expectations and results Desire and capability to lead a team and produce results Ability to handle quantitative information, analyze data, identify trends and gaps, and establish action plans High standards of tact, discretion, and confidentiality Analytical and detail-orientated with excellent time management skills (ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment) Ability to comfortably and quickly build rapport with employees, colleagues, and customers Ability to travel 50%
