- Wage:
$55.91 per hour
- Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, 4 days on, 4 days off
SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working under the supervision of the Director of Care, the RN at Trillium Communities coordinates and delivers care to residents following established standards and procedures. Collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals, RNs play a pivotal role in enhancing screening, health promotion, disease management, and access to care.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduation from a recognized Registered Nurses program
- Current CRNBC registration without restrictions
- Previous training in PIECES preferred
- Previous experience in a residential care setting preferred
- SKILLS:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Supervisory, mentoring, and organizational abilities
- Proficient in operating related equipment
